Accident Fund Holdings, Inc. is a leading workers’ compensation supplier with four major brands operating regionally throughout the country: Accident Fund, Third Coast Underwriters, United Heartland, and CompWest Insurance. For years, each brand and their marketing operated independently and in an ad hoc manner.
We were engaged to help in the unification of each of the brands and their marketing outreach.
Main objective of project
Begin to better articulate their value proposition as a company, along with each of the brands within. Better tell each of the brand’s stories while developing marketing systems to increase efficiency and visibility.
Define hierarchy and establish consistency in the manner in which the brands are presented.
Increase market share.
Create a system for their websites that brought all sites together on one database, using one platform, freely sharing information back and forth, yet allowing for brand independence in an appropriate manner.
Collectively, we were able to bring meaning and appropriate definition/nuance to each of the brands. Expressing a collective story of strength along with nuanced and strategic specialties. We’ve increased market share and visibility in the specific/regional markets they serve while adding strength through hierarchy to their umbrella company. More specifically, the new websites sites launched early in 2015 to rave reviews from customers as well as internally for its extreme ease of use.
We continue to work with them to improve, evolve, and optimize their marketing across each of their brands.
