After a thorough survey of their customers and the industry, we realized their existing name had too much equity to walk away from. However their visual identity had little relevance. We recommended an evolution of their logo, along with a completely new tagline and brand position.
Due to a very aggressive shift in position, our efforts have helped redefine how Chi goes to market. Using a leadership position with a shared-knowledge approach, Chi is fulfilling its short-term sales goals while creating a more sustainable, long-term dominant position in the marketplace.
