EPMG works with hospital systems and employs emergency room doctors across the country. They struggled to communicate what they do, and presented a recruitment/staffing services brand which under-served the impact and value that they provide to hospital systems and the community.
By applying our strategic process, we were able to define a more compelling and emotional reason for being. We developed a more technology-forward, caring, and emotional brand, demonstrated through the creation of marketing tools and a knowledge leader position.
We established systems for EPMG to better communicate with all of their audiences, leading to more meaningful dialogue with their partners around issues related to technology, the Affordable Care Act, and beyond. This has worked to add value to the organization and has led to growth within hospital systems.
