Gongos is a market research company that utilizes mobile and online technology to connect with consumers at the point of brand interaction, helping some of the world’s largest brands better understand their consumers’ preferences and behavior.

When we were engaged by Gongos, we found that they were rapidly developing new technologies to capture consumer preferences yet their own online presence was dated and lacked the technology-forward, thought leadership image and voice that they were known for in the industry.

Working with Gongos we developed new positioning and a new website that emphasized their innovative approach to market research. Focusing on their own voice of customer we featured in-depth case studies and client testimonials to give potential clients and new hires a glimpse at the Gongos approach.
