TechSmith is the world’s leading provider of screen capture and recording software for individual and professional use. A product-focused company, TechSmith was primarily known for their flagship product, SnagIt. The TS brand has little relevance or meaning for the majority of its users.


We helped them better define who they are, and tied all of their products together in a more cohesive and meaningful manner. We tightened up all of their communications materials, building a consistent umbrella brand. This set the foundation for a higher level of communication with their audiences, and opened the door for cross promotion of their various products.


The new TechSmith brand was fully introduced in early 2009 to rave reviews both internally and externally. TechSmith continues to dominate the marketplace, and is now able to roll out new products with greater efficiency and consistency.
